The native house (NIPAHUT) has traditionally been constructed with bamboo tied together and covered with a thatched roof using nipa or anahaw leaves. Cool breeze comes freely, fresh and very inviting. As has been said, “You haven’t tastes the real authentic native cooking if you haven’t eaten inside the NIPAHUT”
